總務處

總務處是大家的好朋友，也是大家的好幫手，總務處以服務為本。舉凡師生生活學習的資源與服務，總務處都會竭力去提供與協助。提昇校園環境品質，增進師生舒適的體感，是我們的目標，總務處希望師生們都能在金門大學渡過充實且美好的日子。

金門大學目前有校本部與中山二校區，分別有14公頃與4.8公頃，建築物則有10棟，校園雖不大，但平日約有4,000師生在此間學習、工作、生活，可見活動強度極高，因此總務處擔負起維持學校功能順利運轉的責任，校園內各項設施的興建與維護是由營繕組負責;環境整潔、花草樹木是由事務組幫忙;師生包裹信件在文書組領取;大夥的薪資由出納組發放，當然若有罰款也在出納組繳交;學校設備財產的保管與經營在經營保管組處理;總務處可謂事多且雜，同仁均十分忙碌，若有服務不周之處，請到綜合大樓一樓總務長室泡茶、喝咖啡。

The General Affairs Office is everyone's good friend and a great helper. The office prioritizes service. It strives to provide assistance and resources for the daily lives and studies of both faculty and students. Enhancing the quality of the campus environment and improving the comfort of faculty and students are our goals. The General Affairs Office hopes that everyone at National Quemoy University can have fulfilling and wonderful days.

National Quemoy University currently has the main campus and the Zhongshan Second Campus, covering 14 hectares and 4.8 hectares respectively. There are 10 buildings on campus. Although the campus isn't large, it hosts about 4,000 faculty and students working, studying, and living here on a regular basis. This high level of activity necessitates the General Affairs Office's responsibility to maintain the smooth functioning of the university. The construction and maintenance of various facilities on campus are handled by the Construction and Maintenance Section. The Environmental Services Section assists with cleanliness and the care of plants and trees. The Document Section is responsible for handling faculty and student mail and packages. Salary distribution and fine payments are managed by the Treasury Section. The management and operation of the university's equipment and property are handled by the Management and Operations Section. The General Affairs Office is indeed tasked with many responsibilities, and all staff members are very busy. If there are any areas where the service is lacking, please feel free to visit the Chief General Affairs Office on the first floor of the Comprehensive Building to have tea or coffee.
